Escher and Math

Escher was an artist who created unique and fabulous works. He often incorporated math into many of his art works. He was often working directly from structures in plane and projective geometry, he was also fascinated with paradox and "impossible" figures.

Escher used tessellations and polyhedrias to create many of his art works. Also very interested in the "logic of space" he created unusual vanishing points in his perspective drawings, fooling the eye.
